ULTIMATEFLEX
AS 4992 Classification: C1S1E
Ultimateflex is a premium grade thick or thin bed, fast setting, rubber modified, flexible, powdered cement based adhesive, specifically formulated to bond tiles onto a variety of substrates. Ultimateflex can be used on both walls and floors, in interior or exterior applications .Ultimateflex can be used to fix tiles onto concrete, cement renders / screeds, blockwork, rendered brickwork, plasterboard, fibre cement sheeting, old ceramic tiles and waterproof membranes.
COVERAGE: A 25 kg bag of Ultimateflex will cover approx 10-12.5m2 using a 10mmx10mm notched trowel.

ULTRAPRIME
Davco Ultraprime is a technologically advanced acrylic based multipurpose wall and floor primer/sealer, for use prior to the application of Davco adhesive and waterproofing systems.
COVERAGE: 1 litre of Ultraprime covers approx 8-10 sqm surface. Texture and site conditions can alter the coverage of any particular application

TRADEFLEX
AS4992 Classification: C1S2E
A two-part flexible adhesive for interior/exterior wall and floor tiling designed to withstand vibration or movement of the surface where conventional adhesives are too rigid. When tiling over timber, contact the timber board manufacturer for advice and refer to the Davco Surface Preparation Guide to ensure suitability.
COVERAGE: 20L/40kg will cover approx. 17-20m² using a 12mm x 12mm notched trowel.

ULTRAFLEX
AS4992 Classification: C1S1E
A premium grade, thick or thin bed, polymer fortified, off-white powdered, flexible adhesive, specifically formulated to bond tiles onto a variety of substrates. Ultraflex can be used on walls and floors in interior and exterior applications. It can be used to lay tiles onto concrete, cement render and flexible wallboards. Also suitable for tiling over most waterproofing membranes.
COVERAGE: A 20kg bag of Ultraflex will cover approx. 8 – 10m² using a 10mm x 10mm notched trowel.

SMP 2010
AS4992 Classification: C2S1E
A white, premium grade, polymer fortified and reinforced adhesive specifically designed for high quality porcelain, stone and marble installations. Non-slump and non-shrink.
COVERAGE: A 20kg bag of SMP 2010 will cover approx. 4.5m² using a 10mm x 10mm notched trowel.

F1 EXPRESS
AS4992 Classification: C1S2E
F1 EXPRESS is a one part, rapid set, polymer modified, flexible tile adhesive, designed to withstand thermal, vibrational and shrinkage movement in the substrate. Can be used for timber floor tiling.
COVERAGE: A 15kg bag of F1 Express will cover approx. 7m² using a 10mm x 10mm notched trowel, and 5m² using a 12mm x 12mm notched trowel.

POWDER MASTIC
AS4992 Classification: C1S1ET
Powder Mastic is a white, premium grade cement-based adhesive. It is suitable for use on large format tiles. It is non-slump and has extended open time. It is designed to resist shrinkage and has been specifically formulated to provide superior coverage with smoother and easier application.
COVERAGE: A 20kg bag Powder Mastic will cover approx. 7m² using a 10mm x 10mm notched trowel.

SE-7
AS4992 Classification: C1
A premium grade, thick or thin bed, off-white cement-based adhesive. Davco SE-7 has been specifically formulated to provide superior coverage, smoother / easier application, longer open time and extra high bond strength for the fixing of tiles onto various substrates. When gauged with Davelastic, SE-7 is classified as a C1S2E adhesive in accordance with AS4992.
COVERAGE: A 20kg bag DAVCO SE-7 will cover approx. 7m² using a 10mm x 10mm notched trowel.

FLEXCRETE SUPER
AS4992 Classification: C1
Premium grade, thick or thin bed cement based adhesive, specifically formulated to produce an extra high bond strength that is water resistant, for the fixing of vitrified, porcelain, monocottura, marble, slate and ceramic tiles. Can be used on walls and floors in both interior and exterior applications. Flexcrete Super should be used to lay tiles onto concrete, cement render, concrete blockwork and rendered brickwork surfaces only. (Grey in colour).
COVERAGE: A 20kg bag of Flexcrete Super will cover approx. 6m² using a 6mm x 6mm notched trowel.

WHITE ONE POT
AS4992 Classification: D2E
A white, flexible, thin bed ceramic wall tile adhesive recommended for the fixing of ceramic and mosaic tiles onto all internal walls. Ready to use directly out of the container.
COVERAGE: 1L covers approx. 0.75m² - 1m² using a 6mm x 6mm notched trowel.

SUPAMASTIC
AS4992 Classification: D1TE
A white, acrylic based, non-slump, quick grabbing, flexible, pre-mixed, interior, thin bed, mastic wall and floor tile adhesive. Can be used on walls and floors.
COVERAGE: 1L covers approx. 0.75m² using a 6mm x 6mm notched trowel.

GREY ONE POT
AS4992 Classification: D1E
A grey, acrylic based, flexible interior or exterior wall and floor tile adhesive. It is ready for use directly out of the container. For the thin bed fixing of tiles over fibre cement sheets, villaboard, gyprock, rendered walls, etc.
COVERAGE: 1L covers approx. 0.75m² - 1m² using a 6mm x 6mm notched trowel.

Sanitized Ò COLORGROUT
AS4992 Classification: CG2
Davco Sanitized ® Colorgrout is a cementitious grout designed for use with most types of ceramic tiles and natural stone applications. Suitable for joints 1-6 mm. The grout also contains a biocide, which provides it with a resistance to a broad spectrum of moulds and bacteria. Sanitized Ò Colorgrout is the only joint filler that Stops Mould Dead! Available in 25 colours.
COVERAGE: Depends on size and thickness of tile. As a general guide, for tiles 300mm x 300mm (depth 10mm), and joint width 3mm, grout required is 0.7kg/m².

4-IN-1 GROUT ADDITIVE
An acrylic based additive designed to increase flexibility and bond strength of cement based grouts.
COVERAGE: As a mixing guide, 1 litre of diluted Davco Grout Additive (diluted 1:1 with clean water) is mixed with 4kg of Sanitized ® Colorgrout.

GLASS MOSAIC ADDITIVE
AS4992 Classification: C2S1 (When used with Sanitized Colorgrout as an adhesive) Glass Mosaic Additive is designed to be used in conjunction with your choice of Davco Sanitized ® Colorgrout to adhere and grout most types of mosaics to various substrates in one step.

COVERAGE:

• For Adhesive and Grouting Applications (in one step) - Coverage will vary depending on the colour chosen of the Sanitized ® Colorgrout. As a guide 20kg of Sanitized ® Colorgrout mixed with 5L of Glass Mosaic Additive will cover approx 6 – 7m². Coverage rates will also vary depending on site conditions.
• For Grouting Applications - As a mixing guide, 1L of diluted Glass Mosaic Additive (diluted 1:1 with clean water) is mixed with 5kg of Sanitized ® Colorgrout.
  

K10 PLUS
Meets the requirements of AS4858 Wet Area Membranes – Class III
K10 Plus is a flexible, single pack water based polyurethane waterproofing membrane, capable of drying in approx. 6-8 hrs @ 20°C depending on the number of coats required.

• Wet Areas - 0.6mm dry film thickness, applied at the rate of 1L/m² (two normal coats). A 20L pail will cover 20m².
• Balconies/Patios – Covered External Areas - 0.8mm dry film thickness, applied at a rate of 1.25L/m² (two heavy coats). A 20L pail will cover 16m².
• Rooftops – Exposed External Areas - 1.0mm dry film thickness, applied at the rate of 1.5L/m² (three heavy coats). A 20L pail will cover 13m².
